The Diverse Leaders in Tech community (DLiT) by Techleap partnered with The Next Web to get the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion topics on the forefront of a festival day at The Next Web Conference.

Keynote speakers, round table discussions and mentor meetings covered a whole day at the conference for everyone who would like to get involved. Of course ending with social drinks and dance as it should be at a festival.
