Johan Cruijff ArenA – A Year Full of Unforgettable Experiences

The Johan Cruijff ArenA is the football stadium of the Netherlands. In summer a great number of the biggest pop stars come by for concerts. We followed the stadium and it’s biggest make-over from football stadium to pop temple and back again for the kick off of the new football season.

To show the complexity and speed of  the build-up of all those different events we decided to follow the stadium the whole summer with time- and hyperlapse camera’s. But we also show the crowds and artists in full glory during the events. We go from the last home match of the season for Ajax to a great show by the Rolling Stones and the all senses triggering Sensation show. All of these events were and are unforgettable experiences at the Johan Cruijff ArenA.
